Our business is based on two keywords "IT" and " Overseas" and this means we provide useful solutions to our customers with a global vision. Please take brief look at the four areas which are our leading business of today: IT:   A two-pronged approach based on electronic components and our own developed software Our “IT business consists of two key element, and one is electronic components. In the current environment of accelerating globalization, we are expanding both within Japan and into the Asian market with our focus on the sale, procurement, and assembly of electronic components. Another element is our original “Real time DC system”—distribution software developed independently by our company. This software is a system which provides integrated support of everything from consulting to introduction in the area of warehouse management. It covers a full range of tasks—from safekeeping, control, and management of cargo to profitability in distribution warehouses. The system has been highly evaluated by the distribution industry, and we have received orders for system introduction from relevant businesses in a variety of areas. These two prongs are the driving force of our IT business, and we will continue to accelerate this business in the future. Overseas Business:   Boldly expanding with a focus on China and Thailand In terms of “Overseas business, we have established eleven overseas bases, primarily in the Asian region. In Chinese market, we are based in Shanghai and we will continue to expand our staff and offices. In Thailand, too, consolidation of infrastructure within the country is progressing, and business growth has expanded. We are going to continue expanding our overseas business for a few years, primarily in China and Thailand, with electronic components being our main business. Chemicals:   A principal element from the very beginning of our company “Chemical business has been a element with a large role in the history of our company from the very beginning. Chemicals are indispensable for life in society, and range from industrial raw materials to living necessities, foods and energy related products. Typical products handled by our company include: chemical products (petrochemical products, surfactants, silicone products, pharmaceutical/food raw materials, paints, etc.), synthetic resins (thermo-plastic and thermosetting resins, engineering plastics, synthetic rubber, pigments, adhesives, eco-products, etc.), fiber processing agents (dyes/pigments, functional colorants, fiber materials, etc.), and so forth. We support our customers based on the highly specialized information and technical skills we have developed over the many years since our founding. Environmental protection:   Efforts in the eco-business Our company’s eco-business began with launch of our Environmental Division in 1998. In the beginning we only sold environment related equipment, but since then we have built up our engineering staff, and today we have the structure focused on “recycling of industrial waste water which covers everything including planning, construction, and sales of the system. It is precisely because we have an exhaustive knowledge of chemicals that we can make these efforts in the environmental business. It is the duty of corporations in the 21st century to work to protect the environment. In the future, we will continue to actively develop this business.
